The Spa at The Alfond Inn

We strongly recommend that you schedule spa appointments before you arrive at The Spa online at https://na.spatime.com/tai32789/5228842/home or by calling 407-645-6611. Reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a credit card.

Treatment times are reserved especially for you. We kindly request that cancellations or changes to appointments be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-show or same-day cancellation appointments will be charged in full. Groups are subject to a minimum 14-day cancellation policy as stated in their contracts. 

Please notify our spa concierge if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments, or special needs, have had recent surgeries or medical procedures, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. This information may also be completed on your Personal Care Guide before arrival at The Spa. These health considerations would affect your choice of services.

We kindly ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time for a relaxed check-in and an opportunity to enjoy the spa amenities.

To preserve the tranquil environment, please silence your cell phone upon arrival. A valid photo ID will be required at check-in.

Please note: Arriving late may result in a shortened service to avoid delaying the next guest.

As a courtesy to our other clients, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time and will be charged the full-service fee. 

Guests are invited to enjoy our exclusive food and beverage selections available on the Spa Pool Deck. To preserve the ambiance and uphold our service standards, we kindly ask that no outside food or beverages be brought into the area. Our curated menu has been thoughtfully designed to complement your relaxation experience with premium offerings.

Please note: Any guest appearing under the influence will be respectfully denied access to The Spa to ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of all our guests.

Please be advised that all Spa Pool Deck food and beverage purchases are processed through a separate payment system. Guests must present a form of payment directly to the food and beverage attendant prior to checkout. These charges cannot be combined with spa treatment transactions.

Our Spa Concierge will help you plan the perfect spa experience to meet your specific needs. Please inform the concierge of any medical concerns, or therapist preferences during the reservation consultation.

Disrobe to the level of your comfort. Undergarments are not necessary, but you may wear them during your treatment if you prefer. Our licensed therapists are trained to drape a sheet or towel over your body in a discrete manner, always assuring your privacy. Bathing suits are recommended in the hydrotherapy amenities and are required for the pool.

Shaving is not recommended before any body exfoliation treatment or hair removal services. Men should please shave 2 hours before their scheduled facial treatment.

Spa services and amenities are reserved for guests 18 years and older. Services and access to spa amenities, including the pool, will not be available for guests under 18.

In consideration of our other guests, we ask that you turn off your cell phone before entering The Spa.

For your convenience, The Spa operates as a cashless environment. We are pleased to accept all major credit cards.

Please note that a mandatory surcharge of 22% will be added for all a la carte services and day spa packages you receive and will be dispersed to the spa staff that served you during your visit. Gratuities are optional and are left at your discretion. Gratuities are retained in full by the provider(s) performing the service(s). Prices and services are subject to change without notice.

Please do not bring or leave valuables in the facility or lockers. We are not responsible for any theft or loss of personal property, including jewelry or other personal items.

For the comfort and convenience of all guests, only personal-sized (18'W x 9.5H) duffle/tote bags are permitted in The Spa lockers.

Please note: Group spa reservations are booked separately from hotel event and meeting packages. If you are hosting an on-property wedding, meeting, or event and wish to include spa services, please coordinate through your Sales Manager, who will work with our Spa Group Coordinator to arrange your experience.
