• The Alfond Inn is located in the heart of Winter Park, 300 E New England Ave, Winter Park, FL 32789. You can easily reach it by heading toward downtown Winter Park, we are just off Park Avenue.
• Orlando International Airport (MCO): Approximately 18 miles, roughly 30–35 minutes
• Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB): Approximately 20 miles, roughly 35–40 minutes
• Tampa International Airport (TPA): Approximately 95 miles, roughly 1 hour 45 minutes

• Valet parking is available 7 days a week. Rates start from $35/day with in and out privileges plus applicable taxes. We offer day-use parking for $17 plus applicable taxes. If you are visiting The Spa or Hamilton’s Kitchen, parking is complimentary.
  • Retrieval Time: Please allow 10-15 minutes from vehicle retrieval, especially during peak hours.
  • Prefer to park yourself? Although we do not offer self-parking, street parking is available nearby.

• The minimum check-in age at The Alfond Inn is 21 years old. Guests will be required to present a valid photo ID, along with their method of payment, at check-in.

• Check-in time is at 4 pm. If you arrive earlier, we are pleased to store your luggage.

• Early check-in at The Alfond Inn may be available based on room availability and is subject to an additional fee.

• Check-out time is 11am. Late check-out can be added for a fee, based on availability.

• Yes, the Alfond Inn offers a well-appointed fitness center with a variety of equipment suitable for both cardio and strength training.

• Yes, up to two (2) dogs per room, may stay with their humans for the duration of their stay. A fee of $50 pre-tax per pet, per night will be charged in addition to the standard room rate. All dogs must be registered with the Front Desk upon arrival. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate animals other than dogs at this time.

• The hotel will receive guests’ packages starting three (3) days before arrival. The first five (5) packages received are complimentary if under 20 lbs. The following charges will apply for additional packages or packages received more than three (3) days prior to arrival.

• Packages weighing 1lb – 20 lbs will be charged at $6.00 each package
• Packages weighing over 20lbs will be charged at $9.00 each package
• Up to (20) packages are allowed before a rental fee storage area is needed.

• For immediate package assistance, please contact the front desk or concierge and we can arrange to have the packages delivered immediately.
• Should you need packages to be stored past your check-out date, a $20/day storage fee will apply. The hotel is not liable for lost or misplaced packages.

• The hotel will authorize an unpaid room, tax, urban fees, as well as a daily $75 security deposit at the time of check-in. Your final bill will be applied against the authorization, and any remaining authorization overage will be released upon check-out. Depending on bank processing times, the release of funds in your account could take up to 30 days. Use of debit cards is discouraged.

• The Destination Amenity Fee is $25 + tax per room per night, which provides guests with the following amenities:

• Should Your Plans Change: To avoid a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room and tax, please let us know at least 72 hours before your arrival. • The Alfond Inn has 183 rooms and offers a range of accommodations, including Classic King and Queen rooms, Accessible options, and upscale options such as our Luxury Suite or Grand Suite.
• Each room features contemporary décor, plush bedding, and access to amenities such as the pool, fitness center, and on-site dining. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, there's a room style to suit your stay.

• Yes, The Alfond Inn offers pack and plays.

The Alfond Inn is a smoke-free environment. There is no smoking allowed in guest rooms or inside the hotel. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

Our highest priority is the safety and privacy of our guests. Professional and/or commercial photography or videography is not permitted on the premises of The Alfond Inn without prior written authorization from the hotel management, including but not limited to filming, engagement photos, wedding photos, modeling shoots, etc. Drone photography or videography is strictly prohibited. Requests to use any area of the hotel as a location for photography or videography should be directed to the Marketing Team by calling us at 407-998-8090. If approved, shoots are subject to fees and schedule restrictions.
