Design your own custom spread using cured meats and specialty cheeses hand-selected by our Executive Chef and Sous Chef. As you arrange your display, our culinary team will walk you through styling techniques and pairing ideas to help you create a striking presentation.

Enjoy your creation alongside three full pours of wine chosen to complement the flavors, all set to the relaxed backdrop of live jazz. You'll also take home your keepsake Alfond Inn charcuterie board to keep the tradition going at home.
