HOTEL SPECIFIC INFORMATION
Is self and valet parking available?
There is limited street parking available on a first come, first serve basis.
The hotel offers valet parking as follows:
Overnight - $22 per vehicle
Daily use - $12 per vehicle
Dining at Hamilton's Kitchen - complimentary
What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in time is at 4:00 pm. Check-out time is at 11:00 am.
How far is the hotel from Park Avenue?
Walking distance - 1.5 blocks to Park Avenue.
Do you have high-speed wireless Internet access in your guestrooms?
We offer high-speed WiFi internet access in all guest rooms, public areas and meeting space. WiFi is complimentary and no password is required.
Do you allow pets in your hotel?
We provide a dog-friendly hotel environment. Upon check-in, guests and their dogs will receive a “ Pup-welcome basket”. There is a non-refundable service charge of $50 per day.

Do you offer room blocks for weddings taking place at other venues?
No, but some exceptions apply during off-season months (June-August).
Is there a fee to use the dance floor?
Yes, the fee for the dance floor is $500.00.
Is there a fee to remove furniture from the Conservatory?
Yes, there is a $250.00 fee.
Is there an outdoor set up fee for events taking place on the lawn?
Yes, there is a $500.00 outdoor set up fee.
Is there a noise curfew for events taking place outdoors?
Yes, the noise curfew is 10:00 pm.
Can I reserve the hotel lounge for a private event?
The lounge is offered as an amenity to our in-house guests, therefore we are unable to close it for private events.
Can I reserve the Pool for a Private Event?
The pool is offered as an amenity to our in-house guests, therefore we are unable to close it for private events. Some exceptions may apply between the hours of 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm.
May we bring our own wine?
Yes, there is a $25.00 corkage fee per bottle.
Is outside catering permitted?
No, we do not permit outside catering.
